Cognus is commissioned by the London Borough of Sutton to provide education services to both mainstream and specialist schools across the borough. They support in excess of 100 settings.
TT Education have been supporting Cognus schools, and the service as a whole, for several years now. We implemented a far-reaching programme of support, including across Early Years and phonics, subject leadership, senior leadership coaching and curriculum development.
Our approaches and our support have led to demonstrable positive impact with all members of staff with whom we have worked – from monitoring to leadership coaching curriculum developments to supporting leaders in establishing a new site as part of the growth of the existing school.
