A digital audit is a powerful tool that allows you to survey your staff, pupils and/or wider school or Trust community to consider opinions, capability and skillset within your organisation. TT Education have created a series of different surveys which capture crucial information for individuals and for the whole school or Trust, identifying strengths and areas for development. These are fantastically helpful for individuals, as they will each receive a personalised report. However, you, as a leader, will also receive a whole-school report, showing areas of strength and weakness across the whole organisation. This can be shared with stakeholders and used to inform staffing, CPD needs and even SDP creation.
